Eric Eckhardt works as the Sikora Group's investment property specialist. Having started his career in Brooklyn, Eric "cut his teeth" as they say selling commercial properties throughout Northern Brooklyn. Representing landlords in this fast paced environment made it clear at an early age, that market knowledge and expertise is the only way you can be sure of your success. In 4 years, Eric negotiated and closed over $50M in transactions throughout neighborhoods such as Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg and Crown Heights to name a few. Being a native of Hudson County, Eric wanted to utilize his new found passion to help owners right in his own backyard. Being bilingual, Eric is always available to assist Hispanic owners navigate the real estate sales process. His hopes are to give each owner a comprehensive view of the market, ensuring they're making the best possible decision for themselves and their families.
Eric grew up in Hudson County, learning about real estate at a young age as he accompanied his father, who was a property manager, throughout the neighborhood. After graduating from Wesleyan, a career in real estate seemed like a natural progression. He now resides in Hoboken with his wife and two dogs.
